Where to translate birth certificate?

Where can I go to get my baby's Vietnamese birth certificate translated? AFter searching I saw UBND but I don't know what that is and google isn't helping.聽 :/ Thanks!

UBND stands for Uy Ban Nh芒n D芒n ie. People's Committee Office.
Or you can translate it from the department of justice office, 141-143 Pasteur St., Ward 6, Dist.3, HCMC

i think you get the birth certificate in Vietnamese, translate to English and go to People's Committee Office district 1 by someone have certificate in translation (university graduated) to sign

You can hire a translation agency to get your baby's birth certificate translated. But, choose a certified translation agency to get this translation done.

All translations for official documents have to be NOTARISED - which is why you use the TP HCM Official Notary Public which has several offices around HCM.

In Quan 1 an office is located opposite the DIAMOND PLAZA - in the area with the Main Post Office.
