Finding pregnant yoga ~

Hello everyone, i am finding a good place for pregnant yoga
Now i leave in Phu My Hung area, and i am pregnant for 16 weeks.
In order to keep exercise i try to find the yoga class for pregnant women.
If you have any information to guide me? Thank you so much!!

Pregnant yoga?
Yeah, there are many kinds of yoga nowadays. Pregnant yoga, dancing yoga, hot yoga, cold yoga, musical yoga... the list continues with new yoga teachers.
Patanjali will commit suicide if he still alive!!

As I haven't been able to find real classes, I cheat and use youtube.com. There are several prenatal workouts there, including yoga.

Yoga should practice with a qualified and experienced Teacher.
I personally never suggest for self-learning as you know yoga is different from other exercises, especially for pregnant women.
