I'm leaving Saigon for work this weekend, but starting to plan my return in June. When I come back I'll be here in June for ~3 months.

Haven't had much luck finding agents or buildings with what I'm looking for in my range - 400~700 USD/month depending, serviced w/laundry & water, small is fine but need something clean and nice totally furnished in close proximity to a good gym. Modern would be cool, I am envisioning a small but well furnished studio/bachelor with a聽 kitchen. Looking for D3, or something relatively central but not too loud or busy

I found this business: which looks almost close to what I need, but doesn't look like there's a full kitchen in unit.

Is anyone aware or familiar of any buildings that have rentals like this? Or have any experience with any trustworthy agents that would take something like this on (need trustworthy, I don't want to deal with a week of city tours with agents associates to bad deals on my return, just want to move in to a place that meets spec direct from airport).

Thanks all - responses with from users that can vouch/reference are preferred over solicitations from amateur agents.

Also is anyone familiar with any reasonable place for personal storage in the city? I've got a really small amount of stuff to leave behind, ie. a laundry basket full of effects.
