go to the japanese town in Le Thanh Ton street between Ton Duc Thang and Hai Ba Trung street, lots of Japanese restaurants there for most Japanese customers

Zen sushi just off Le Thanh Ton (Japantown area) has probably the best sushi I have found. Something more with an experience as well as amazing sushi too - go to Sorae at AB Tower on Le Lai (great view, go at night).
Both in District 1.

Go to Nikko Hotel at Nguyen Van Cu St.

I went to Ichiban Sushi on 204 le lai street, D1 instead. It was packed last saturday night. Food was nice, took a while to wait for the food to come but worth it
