Durian has a pretty strong flavour.
For those who are thirsty watermelon is a good choice ^^
Other than that, sweet fruits : mango,... avocado( used with sugar and milk)
Sour flavor : orange, ...
How to translate all the fruits to Vietnamese? Maybe there's a web site?

The sapodilla or in Vietnamese h峄搉g xi锚m. Just tried one for the first time today-delicious!
Thank you MeoMun, will check it out!
I ran out of water in my water bottle...bought a dragon fruit (thanh long). Colors, shape, and the taste are psychedelic. The flavor is so thirst quenching that water was the last on my mind. If anybody goes to the market buy one of these crazy lookin fruits, have them cut it up for you...pay about 20000VND and enjoy.
My favorite fruit is the star apple or locally called Vu Sua. It is a milky fruit and I can have it everyday. Durian use to like it but not anymore. The dragon fruit and custard apple (mang cau) comes in close second.
About all fruits (trai cay)...
