I would recommend the La Villa French Restaurant in Q2, the setting is perfect for a 'Romantic Dinner' My wife and I had some wonderful dinners there.
I would say Michelin-quality food and you can choose to take dinner in the Garden or inside the beautifully decorated French Old style Villa聽 聽

Sorry that I can't offer you a good suggestion but I feel compelled to offer NEVER go to the Hard Rock Cafe...maybe thinking because it's an international western chain that it will be good or OK....it's not that good and it's not worth the price.聽 聽BTW: When I went in Siagon I had not been in a HRC in like six years.聽 聽I will avoid the chain except as a place to meet for a drink.聽
