ADHD medication in HCMC

Hi all,
I'm in Ho Chi Minh City. I have been here about 4 months. I currently am legally prescribed Dexedrine- similar to Adderral / Ritalin. However it is not on the "approved" medications. I am from the USA and don't want to pay $1500 round trip ticket for my medication. Can someone please refer me to a doctor that can prescribe or get Dexedrine in Ho Chi Minh City, district 1 preferably.
