Do you mean the sport in which the players kick the ball that looks like a cross between a badminton shuttlecock and a hockey puck while preventing it to fall to the ground?

If that's what you meant, I believe there are two versions of 膽谩 c岷.聽

One is what I described briefly above, and the other, 膽谩 c岷 ki峄僴g is the artsy/fancy version in which the players use at least 10 different moves in each play (nose, foot, heel, kicking wings, crossing legs, shoulders, head, back, elbow, and something called Apsara.)聽

Think of it as the difference between a regulated basketball game and a performance from the Harlem Globetrotters.聽 Oh, I'm聽 just realise you're French -- je suis d茅sol茅e, vous ne connaissez probablement pas la diff茅rence entre les deux versions.

I cannot tell you where the official competitions are held, but I can tell you where to watch the performances of 膽谩 c岷 ki峄僴g.聽 Here is what I know:

In Saigon, there are three famous 膽谩 c岷 ki峄僴g teams:

-聽 Ti岷縩 Th脿nh's performance can be watched at the Saigon Botanical Garden (don't know the time) and 23/9 Park (107 Ph岷 Ng农 L茫o) on Sunday afternoons.聽 I don't have FB but they do:

- Su峄慽 Ti锚n and Tia Ch峄沺 are usually found at 膼岷 Sen Amusement Park in Q11, Nh脿 V膬n H贸a in Q8, Ph煤 L芒m Park in Q6, and L锚 Th峄 Ri锚ng Park in Q10.

There are a good number of videos on YouTube on 膽谩 c岷 ki峄僴g.聽 If that's not what you want, then explain to me in details and I'll do some research and see what I can find.

Amazing ! Thank you very much !
At first I meant the sport you briefly described but I am interested in the other one too.

What do you mean by "Su峄慽 Ti锚n and Tia Ch峄沺" ? Are they people ?

Yes, Su峄慽 Ti锚n and Tia Ch峄沺 are the names of the other two teams.聽 They receive much fewer mentions than Ti岷縩 Th脿nh for some reasons.聽 I've never seen any of the 3 teams' performances so I can't tell you my honest opinion of them.聽 I have, however, watched the unknown people playing both versions in neighbourhood parks.聽 The two places I often visit whenever possible are:

- Gia 膼峄媙h Park in Q Ph煤 Nhu岷璶 next to T芒n S啤n Nh岷 Airport (many kinds of impromptu local entertainment happen there in the evening, dancing included)

- L锚 V膬n T谩m Park in Q1 (the former French Colonial M岷 膼末nh Chi Cemetery, Saigon's prestigious answer to P猫re Lachaise)

Perhaps a visit to Ti岷縩 Th脿nh's FB page would help you find the competition schedule for both versions of the game.聽 Can't help you with that because I gave up FB many years ago.

BTW, Vietnamese often compare 膽谩 c岷 ki峄僴g to ballet, which is a bit of exaggeration IMO聽 even though it does look like a combination of sport and performance art.
