Without knowing the answer to your question, I would go 'backwards' to the Ho Chi Minh City main forum and search for the word 'volleyball'.

A number of threads pop up that way, and even though some are more than a year old, you can still use them for info, as well as possibly adding interested posters there as contacts, with an attached Private Message that volleyball is your interest.
