CO2 Laser treatment for dark tired eyes

I have guests visiting soon and one of the ladies asked if the above treatments are available here. I think in Thailand but not sure here.
Has anyone had?

They currently run a promotion for 400K per treatment, and according to their Q&A, it should take 4-6 treatments depending on the intensity of the dark circles.听 Total: 1.6M - 2.4M.

They have locations all over the country.听 The addresses for all locations:听

I didn't check to see if there's an English version, but I'm sure you can figure out the translation.

Another place is R'Meilan with 3 locations in Saigon:

The cost is 500K per treatment.听 No mention on the length of treatment.

Sian Clinic says the best way it a combination of fractional laser and filler.听 Their English website:听

According to their external page, the total cost is 1.6M:

The Korean hospital Kangnam "applying 3 modern technologies, such as New E-Light, Peeling and Mesotherapy, all offer a quick and safe treatment".听 No price quoted.

A Au Hospital has the most expensive quote:听 "2-3M per treatment, need 3-5 treatments depending on the intensity.听 Result will be a 60-80% improvement from original condition":

All of the above are from a Google search. None has my endorsement as I've never used them.听听Several other establishments do not have websites, only FB pages so I have no way to access them.
