Unable to find Indian Grocery-Indian Rice, Curry Leaves, Red label tea

Hi,

I am new to HCMC, living in District-4. Could someone please help me to find Indian food items like Taj Mahal/ Red Label Tea, Rice (I ended up in eating Thai Rice which i am not liking Seriously), Jeera, Toor dal etc.
Hope you understand "etc" means the complete list. Please help me through

Ha there are many kinds of rice!
Too bad you have never had , long thin grains, not heavy, served dryish, very flavorful.

Maybe. I am not a rice specialist. I can eat it, maybe a few times during a whole month, but usually I am stuck on potatoes.
