We're two french student, and we'll arrive in HCMC on september, 13th.
We're looking for 2 distinct rooms in a house near CFVG in Dist 1.
We'd like to live with french people聽 or foreigners.

Hi,

You want to rent a house or apartments?
I think apartments are safer.
My friend let me know there are some 2 bedroom apartments for rent in The Manor building, with full furniture. Quality is good and price is about 1000$-1200$.
The Manor building is very near Dist 1, just 5 or 10 minutes. There are many foreigners live there.

Hi Hortie, i'm a student too. there are many forums about accommodation in HCMC, search for it, but i think first of all, let stay in a hotel for some days and find house by urself. because, when you book but no seeing, it's usually not good as ecpected. my home has 4 spare rooms for rent in dist 12, away dist 1 about 30mins. House with 3.5 floor, guest will provided free internet, bed, hot water, tv cable and some chore things else, home is clean, I might provide you pic if you are interest in .... We offer the really good price is 95$/month.

yes, the room is available, I intend will post ads in right place next some weeks, do you want to have a look before rent ? I leave the office at 6pm, you can see my home after this time.
