Apparently, it's Bus no. 703. Should be leaving from the bus station near the big park that is close to the backpacker area (Pham Ngu Lao). But again, you should confirm that that info is still up-to-date.

You鈥檒l need a visa to get to the Cambodian side. Preferably the E.visa ...but it looks like all visa issuance is suspended.
Also 14 days quarantine..... but if you can鈥檛 get the visa, that won鈥檛 happen.

Getting out thru Moc Bai could be a problem as well.

Also , getting a visa back into Vietnam could be a problem,,,I don鈥檛 think they鈥檙e issuing them yet ...I may be wrong.聽 But , it could be 14 days quarantine coming back in as well.聽 So take a toothbrush & a months clothes.

Have you ever been to Moc Bai......it鈥檚 a shithole.聽 聽28 days there & you鈥檒l be a jibbering mess. 馃槅

There are travel agents who actually do border run services.....google them & call them up to see what鈥檚 happening.

I did a border run thru Moc Bai in January ,,,the 703 bus runs from the bus station at Pham Ngu Lau.聽 聽 It鈥檒l drop you off about 800 metres from the border.聽 聽Getting back can be fun.......you鈥檒l get people telling you the bus has stopped & want to sell a Taxi ride.聽 聽

Tourist buses coming back from PP can be caught if seats available, but unless the buses are running , and borders clean, that won鈥檛 happen either.聽

It all comes down to getting the actual Visas for both ends & dealing with quarantine.聽 聽

MAYBE they鈥檒l give visa border runs an exemption......that鈥檚 why you should contact the vIsa run services,,they鈥檒l know what鈥檚 happening & organise the visas.聽
