As for the spaghetti sauce, maybe you can get local recommendations in Nha Trang for an Italian restaurant which cooks according to your specifications and then buy the sauce(gravy) from them

try this if you are ok in the kitchen, if you dont have any kind of mixer gadget you can put peanuts in a ziplock bag put a towel over and smash the living dylights out of them with anything heavy like a fry pan, i've made it using coconut oil and its very good.


Same thing with Spaghetti Sauce if your confident in the kitchen it's very simple to make a very tasty sauce even if you have never tried, for 2 people try 4 big fresh tomato or a can, 2 table spoon tomato paste some fresh basil or dried and any other dried herbs you have, sugar to taste, an onion cut in to small dice, 2-3 garlic diced and put in oil in pan cook garlic & onion couple minutes on medium heat add salt pepper to taste then add rest of ingredients cook on low heat until everythiing cooked.

you can cook mince and then add everything in one fry pan and do all together or just cook the sauce, you may have to add waterto make it how you like,,, make 2 or 3 time the amount and put in ziplock bag in the freezer for when you want.

and bcause you made it its way better than a store bought jar with stuff you dont know what in it and 100%聽 natural or organic if you choose what you put in, you can adjust to your taste then bulk make when your bored.

There is many different recipies that i'm sure forum members will jump in and let you know about.
The sauce is also great with seafood pored on top of fish, shrimp mussels, clams etc
