Formula 1

Hi All

I hope you are all well.聽 Please advise the best way to watch F1 in Vietnam.聽 It seems like F1 TV is not available in Vietnam.聽 I would hate to miss what's building up to be one of the more exiting seasons of F1.

All the best.

F1 is not popular in Vietnam and F1 TV is not available in cable TV service. As far as I'm concerned, you can watch some F1 racing tournament on Starsport, probably broadcast schedule is available on its official website.
Thanks for the advice.

Thanks van88, I appreciate the feedback and links.

In my opinion, there would not be any big change towards public orientation about F1 as Vietnamese people tend to be interested in Olympiad sports such as cycling race. The Grand Prix to take place in Hanoi ultimately is just a commercial show hopefully to gain more overseas focus on Vietnamese tourism rather than to promote the race itself.
Phattys Sports Bar always has F1 on.

The qualifying, the actual races and everything else.

Your opinion is respected and noted.

In MY opinion, much of the URBAN population of Vietnam is likely to go nuts over high speed car races in the streets of H脿 N峄檌.

Even some in the RURAL population may be excited when watching T.V. coverage.

Not when they see the price of the tickets.
The fact that Malaysia has dumped it after 20 years says it still costs more than it brings. I'm a big F1 fan since forever and was mystified by the Vietnam announcement.
Even S. Korea could not support after two years.

Also, maybe you have not noticed, but Vietnam is not a culture centered on cars. F1 has always done best in those places where cars are king.

I think it would have made a lot more sense to bring the Superbike World Championship here. that is something everyone can relate to and it is far more exciting.

Thanks.
My Viettel cable got rid of Fox Sports last summer.

The race is always posted on youtube the same day.聽 Not always live, but soon after it has finished.
