Looking for ways to sell property near Dominical Costa Rica, advice?

Hi all,

I鈥檓 looking for guidance from folks who鈥檝e sold in Costa Rica (or helped others do it).

I own a lot in Dominical area, about 7 minutes to the beach and after 2 years listing with a couple of agencies, I鈥檓 not seeing traction. I鈥檓 open to trying different platforms or approaches that actually work here (or with international buyers looking in Costa Rica).

If you鈥檝e had success, what worked for you?

Specific sites or groups (local or international)?

Tactics that increased visibility (photos, drone, video, mapping, etc.)?

Any pitfalls with showings, paperwork, or cross-border buyers I should be aware of?

Happy to share more details (it has own well, electricity permit ready, legal status, I can also offer seller financing for 5yrs) if that helps people give targeted feedback. I really appreciate any pointers just trying to find the right fit for a place I love. Thanks in advance! 馃檹

Hi,

We had exactly the same experience and this year we built a webpage specifically to sell our land. It allowed us to provide as much information as possible, video, photo's, locations, maps, plano's, facilities nearby and contact methods.

The property still hasn't sold, but we're getting more enquiries than before and are confident we'll sell it now.
