you have to be very careful about the attorneys here , because they鈥檙e not like in the states or Canada, the don鈥檛 specialize in one area of the law , so one day they鈥檒l be doing estates law and then at the end of the week they鈥檒l be doing criminal law before moving on to doing a closing on a house鈥� remember there isn鈥檛 any escrow accounts here so when your closing on your property bring a bank check and don鈥檛 send any advance money鈥� G-luck

Also remember that lawyers do not all have the same education.聽 聽 Many do not have a good education!聽 Vet your lawyer carefully
