Purchased property and titles

Hello everyone I鈥檓 Jeannie and I鈥檓 new to this forum. I鈥檓 hoping someone can help me figure something鈥檚 out. About alittle over a year ago I purchased a condo in the bavaro las altagracias area that at the time it was in the final process of completion I went ahead and and gave all my deposit and final payment as instructed and was told upon final payment I will receive keys and title to my place well here we are and no title and no concrete info as to when I will receive a title just constant promises of 45 days and nothing. 1st lawyer was no good and now working with a second lawyer who pretty much seems equally as bad., at this point to try and make some kind of money on this place I鈥檓 contemplating on renting with a property management agency but also skeptical on that, anyone can help me figure out how to get my title for this place? Or some sort of advice. Thank I鈥檓 advance.

Welcome to the forums Jeannie聽 and thanks Bhavna for moving this.

Often in a condo setting you will wait a very long time to get title!聽 But getting your keys is very important. There are some very good property management companies here.聽 Others in the area of Bavaro will point you in their direction!
