We are planning to purchase a property for spring 2027. As for me, I will be turning 65 in January 2027; is it possible to buy insurance in advance? We will be on-site in June and July next year (2026) around Cabarete.

I bought health insurance last year before I turn 65

I used Humano

No health question asked or physical required

After 65 I believe DR requires a physical to obtain health insurance

I have a large group with Humano and every policy has health questions!   No physicals generally required!
