Hello everyone,

long story short, we have a small dog which got unfortunately incontinent after her sterilization. In the eu she got Incurin (estriol pill) which we aren鈥檛 able to get here. Here they recommend a plant based product, unfortunately it changes her situation not at all.

Anybody an idea how to get it? Flying to the states, buying and returning the only option?

Look at website "chewy" or you can check with a good vet in Santo Domingo I use.

Others may have other recommendations

Jeffers.com has it, but u may have to have it shipped to an address in Miami if u have shipping setup there, then shipped to DR.

My 6 year old spayed Kelpie developed spay incontinence a couple years ago as well and initially we were prescribed the synthetic estrogen. However my vet told me it damages the bone marrow with long term use so I went looking for an alternative. I found a holistic vet that said organic ground flax seed contains estrogen so I聽 started to give it to her 1 tsp/ day and slowly weaned her off the estrogen. Its been about 2 years now and no breakthrough. Might be worth a shot
