New: Gatherings and events in Dominican Republic

Hi,

Would you like to have a coffee, organize a dinner or find people for activities in Dominican Republic?

To help you meet people and find outings in Dominican Republic, we launched a Gatherings and Events section in Dominican Republic: you can now follow what聮s going on in your area and make the most of your time off.

You can also create events and organize a gathering with the 大咖福利影院 members.

How to create a gathering?

On the Events in Dominican Republic page, click on 聯Post an event聰.
Fill in the form with the details related to the gathering: date, place, hour聟 and post your event.

It聮s now time to invite the other members! You can opt for a public event or a private one (Invitation or Invitation plus).

To send invites, click on 聯Invite friends聰 on your event page and select who you wish to invite.

Get informed of who is coming through this page and get in touch with the other members or add pictures of the events in the comments.

Do you have a section where one can post services?聽 Or would that be a paid ad?聽 I drive for people who arrive and do not wish to rent a car.聽 Renting a car costs about fifty dollars a day plus gas here and I will supply the car and driver for that. My car is not new, nor close to it, but I am quite knowledgeable about the North Coast of the country and can recommend activities as well as just drive.聽 I took a couple to a cock fight the other day at their request. When I picked them up afterwards she ( a 70 year old Canadian lady) had her blouse covered with chicken blood and feathers. She sure enjoyed the blood sport.聽 I wouldn't watch it, but know where it is if others want to see it.聽 I can also聽 recommend hotels and the best beaches for what you are looking for.

I arrive on February 8 from Canada.聽 I wish I would of known earlier as I would of come sooner.聽 If the date changes or another gathering arise please let me know.聽 I will be staying in Sosua until April 21. Thank you.

I think the reference was to an event which Julien used as an example.聽 There was no event or will be no event February 6th.聽聽I can understand the confusion.
