Living the Dominican life

Hello all
I'm new to this site and look to meet other expats in my area.
My wife our 2 kids and I moved here 13 mo ago and started a new life.
It has been diffucult adjusting to the many changes, mentality and culture however we are finally starting to enjoy ourselves, the palm trees, beach and so on.
I'd be happy to share my story or any information of what i've learned so far about life here.
