Playa Moron is considered by many to be a gem of the Samana Peninsula but gets less acclaim than say Playa Rincon probably because the access was not so great.

No longer is that the case and the first Public Works project initiated by the Abinader government is now complete and you can now travel from Limon to Playa Moron on a surfaced road.

President Luis Abinader, through the Ministry of Tourism, is preparing to inaugurate in the coming days the first infrastructure work started and completed by his government.

It is the road rehabilitation of the El Limon- Playa Mor贸n- Punta Lanza del Norte accesses, with a length of 6.2 kilometers and an approximate cost of RD $ 121.3 million.

The work is located in Lim贸n in the Las Terrenas municipality in the tourist province of Saman谩.
