English teacher to Santo Domingo?

Hello everyone!

I am looking to work in Santo Domingo as an English teacher.聽 I have 7 years of teaching experience in New Jersey, USA as an English as a Second Language teacher.聽 I don't anticipate there being a lot of difficulty finding a job, but I don't know where to even begin looking.聽 Does anyone have any advice or connections on schools in the Santo Domingo area? Or where to job search?

I suggest looking for english teaching jobs online prior to coming. You will need a work visa before you can get a job. Many of the international schools advertise online.聽 You could also teach online english classes.

looking for orgs in Santo Domingo or surrounding areas, not looking for work just give back to communities.
