Yes but at vfs website they said minimum 3 month salary is required under article 40

But there is almost 6,7 month gap between jobs. Is it OK if I attached pervious job slips with new 3 months聽 slip ? Do I get visa ?

@zara1152 oky i thought he is non-eu, then don't worry they will not reject the visa on minimum or maxium .. if they required more they will ask you .. what actually matters is regular and fixed income next job contract .. is your husband next job contract is long term and fixed .. then do not worry just go with the 3 months salary slip and statement .. IA you will get visa now

According to embassy's website:

18 - proof that foreign resident has sufficient, regular and聽 sustainable livelihoods / mean of support聽 (pay slips of the last year, last 鈥渆xtrait de r么le鈥�) (This proof has not be provided by family members of a person who is recognized as a political refugee or benefits from subsidiary protection on two conditions: 1) the family ties did already exist before the person being joined arrived in Belgium and 2) the visa application has been introduced not more than one year after date on which the person being joined was recognized as a political refugee or was granted the subsidiary protection).
