Moving to Belgium from Finland as spouse of an EU citizen

Hi,


I am a non-EU national residing in Finland on a work based residence permit and my wife is a Finnish (in effect EU citizen). My wife has been offered a role in Brussels and we plan to move there in some time. I have two questions -


  1. Would I need to apply for a visa while travelling? Since my residence permit in Finland would be valid for at least 3 months I quit my job here.
  2. Can I only apply for the family reunification after arriving in Belgium?


If anyone has gone through this process, any support on these questions and a description of the process would be much much appreciated!
