Hello, does anyone have information on this? How complicated is the process, and whether the employer has the willingness to apply for such a single permit?

Hello,

I have a single permit under this category, normally in Wallonia, it's easy, but apparently in Brussels, your employer should post the job offer on Actiris, and wait 5 weeks to prove that they couldn't find a good candidate for the position, then they can apply for this category.

For Flanders, I have no idea

It also seems that the employee should not be in Belgium. Have you heard this law?
