@hinachan4978 I think you mean here, the joint household of 5 years because you are asking in terms of obtaining F+. So in this case, it actually starts from the date when the couple started living together at the same address.

Also, note that you will automatically receive a convocation for application of F+ and it is probably few months before expiry date of F card.

i was married to a belgian in 2018 april,got an F card in october same year but got divorced 2022 december.I applied for F+ card this year August but got an F card instead of F+card.I had acquired information on applying for nationality and was told i can try from 23 October this year since that will i be officially 5 years in Belgium.Can i get the nationality if i apply? i had a year training 2019-2020,2021 i got a job with permanent contract.do i qualify for the citizenship?

I am in quite the similiar situation as you. I have applied for an F card and received annex 19ter.

Were you able to apply for citizenship after the completion of 5 years of continuous work in Belgium? If not how long after the F card were you able to do so?

Also can somebody tell me how long does it take to get the F card physically once annex 19ter has been handed to you?

As well, if you complete 5 years of work does that get interrupted by the F card? or can you still apply for nationality on the completion of 5 uninterrupted working years?

Hello,I renewed my F card in August after I got a letter from gemeente for renewal,after two weeks I got a letter to collect my card.I got an Fcard.but during the time of F card renewal I was told that F+ card takes 5 months to process,but I had already started the citizenship application process.Am already 5 years in Belgium, working,have level 3 Dutch at university.should I wait for the F+ or just proceed with the nationality process..

holding two belgium diplomes (bachelor and master) is it po to ask for nationality already or i have to leavr the country after breaking up?

we lived together for 5 years (registered same adress) and legal cohabitation for 2 years.

Hi, this is not an easy situation. I would recommend to get an immigration lawyer, since you may not be a fully permanent resident and can't affort making mistakes in the upcoming procedures.

Hello please i have a question, i came to belgium 2022 through family reunification with my 2 years old daught, but my husband is not belg, he has an Fcard when i came,so i was given an Acard, my daughter got one year, 2023 my husband applied for belgian citizenship and he was granted same with my daughter, but the聽 聽are still issuing the Acard to me. do i need to apply for Fcard because the lady from my commune say i can apply since my daughter has the citizenship, how true is this.
