Reliable and English Speaking Builder sought in the Smolyan area

Hi,

Just joined this group, so Hi to everyone. We have a property near the ski resort of Pamporovo and looking for a builder to carry out some ground work, laying new concrete paths and stone work. Anyone know of a builder in this area with a smattering of English ?
