I am considering聽 buying a property聽 through them I am aware that as an agent they will charge me but wanted to check they are legitimate before I pay anything

I posted something using a different thread, but it seems relevant here. Is it possible to get information on the reliability and dependability of any of the resort complexes, e.g., timely repair and maintenance?

We are Brits who have bought several times in BG. Our advice is...do not part with a penny until you have seen the property AND the title deeds (Bulgarian) AND have been with the seller to the local Solicitor who will draw up the new ownership documents for the Notary who will verify all aspects of the sale...you pay in the Notary's office AFTER he has verified everything...you should only pay 50% of the Notary fee and all the Translator's fees.
