Add name to deeds

Hello, hope someone can help me with this, I have a studio apartment in sunny beach, which I have had for 15 years, when I purchased it I just put my name on the deeds. I would like to add my wife name and possibly my sons to them. Anyone know how I go about this and the cost. Also if anyone knows how much it would cost to make a will in Bulgaria. Im just concerned what happens legally if anything happens to me. Any help would be appreciated

Hello, if the property is purchase during the marriage, so according to the Bulgarian laws it is a family property.
About the inheritance - The Inheritance Law prioritises the surviving spouse and the children, so they will inherit all your assets and liabilities.

Thanks so much for that. So that means I do not have to put my family on my deeds or make a will in Bulgaria as the apartment will automatically go to my family anyway.

John, I live in the UK and use my apartment for holidays, When I recently made a will in the UK I asked about my apartment in the UK. The UK will does not cover the apartment in Bulgaria and we were told to try and sort it out over there. So I wanted to know weather I should make a will over there or does my apartment go to my family anyway. According to the reply from Vasilev the apartment would automatically go to my family. Hope this helps
