"Newly built complex of three houses with pool surrounded by forest with amazing views of the Balkan Mountains"

These are my new neighbours. I think it's a little holiday complex (although 120 m2 is pretty big for a holiday cottage), with 3 pretty houses and a very upscale swimming pool. I mean, I love my village and I know I always sing the praises of my little area of the Balkan Mountains. But... at 850,000 euros... this is kinda next level, no?

I guess it's a sign that gentrification is becoming a thing even in the Bulgaria countryside.

But... always good to have rich neighbours to raise the tone of the place. :-)
