Hi,
do you know Vinograd village and if it's safe for my family to live in ?
I am on house search and it's very hard do judge if it's safe or not ?
I have been doing research but can't find ay info .
please advise if you know something about this please

There is no wikipedia page in english about Vinograd, but there is in dutch.

Wikipedia says, that there are mainly living etnic Bulgarians in Vinograd, etnic Turks, Roma and other etnic population groups.

We viewed property in Vinograd, but my partner (Bulgarian) was not impressed with the feel of the village, she felt that the property would be at risk during our extended periods of absence.
