You can install expatshield - it's free. You can watch and/or download programmes from their Iplayer website. Then plug your computer into your TV.

Many people here have Sky but you need a UK presence - installers here will help if you want to go down that route.

I have orange channels of which its a package with internet and landline and i have bbc,skynews,aljazeera in english too.
