Where can I sell or give to Charity furniture, books etc

I am currently refurbishing my apartment and I don't want to just throw away good furniture; books; pictures etc....聽 Does anyone know of anyone who would buy or I can give to a local charity?聽 Can you help?

You could try Emmaus - big French charity chain across France -
They will collect from you or you can donate if nearby.

Hi,
For books any library will be happy to take them, sometimes there are in the go library in some malls that you can juste live you books there (and take the one you want).
If you want to sell them, you can put ads in the site leboncoin.
