If you have a recognised university degree in Agronomy, you can apply for reserach positions in German agricultural universities. Other than that, you probably know best what kind of company might need an Agronomist.

In case you meant jobs for farm hands or harvest help: Forget it, there is no chance fornon-EU citizens that are not already here with work permit!

To repeat it again:

There is no chance for a non-EU citizen who needs visa sponsorship by an employer to find any menial job in Germany鈥檚 agricuture.

You may have a chance only if you are a highly skilled agricultural technologist (with recognised university degree).

if you are not, don鈥檛 waste time trying!

Seems to be some confusion here about what has been claimed by Beppi and the post from Bhavna.

What Beppi is saying is that for normal agriculture jobs as a laborer, as a non-EU/Schengen person one has no chance to be recruited and get a visa. There are actually a couple of non-EU eastern European countries that have a specific exemption to this rule; specifically to provide cheaper workers for agriculture. This does not mean that people from other non-EU countries will have a chance. It means that they have less of a chance since such agreements assure that Germany has enough such low-cost workers without them having to recruit outside of Europe.

For one with degree(s) and experience in agriculture related fields MIIGHT have a chance. Bhavna posted a link to a job website of which there are number of well-known international ones also used in Germany. But even for such high level professional jobs, one has little chance if they don鈥檛 speak German. English is good if not expected but usually in addition rather than as an alternative to German. And even for jobs where the employer might consider hiring one who doesn鈥檛 speak German yet; they likely expect the person to quickly learn it. One will also be at a competitive disadvantage to other job applicants that already speak it.

Hallo too madam! I speak English thanks for聽 your concern

Bhavna I do speak English

German is spoken in Germany. One needs to speak German for the vast majority of jobs. English is not enough! This should be clear by what has already been posted but you seem not to actually have English reading comprehension.

This is getting a bit ridiculous. We are trying to help by giving advice about how things work and what might be possible. To get recruited for a job in Germany along with the needed work visa depends on having jobs skills and usually speaking the language.

Having the attitude that one speaks English and that should be enough because things are hard in their home country is a rationalization that ignores reality. It is irrelevant to fulfilling the requirements for possible employment.

Not to judge one's situation as I don't doubt it might be hard to find a good job in Kenya. But we are just being honest to mention that without speaking German one's chances are low. Such things like really really needing a job or being a hard worker are not the factors that will get an offer. Job recruitment is decided by one offering the skills an employer needs and not pity or even empathy - although an employer might not be lacking these.

And one can always look and see if they don't possibly find a position where English will surffice. But when it sounds like one is begging then employers will assume it is because one doesn't really have the skills to offer. Sounding desperate is almost never a good strategy to get聽 profesional job.
