Health Insurance for my mother

I will start working in Hamburg from June 1st and my mother will join me as she is depended to me. Does anyone know how I can get her a regular health insurance?聽 Contacted Techniker Krankenkasse and they gave me a price of 257 EUR monthly. Is that normal price? In Belgium I used to pay my health insurance (MUTUALIA) around 70EUR every three months.

Yes, this is the normal price for somebody without own income, who isn't subsidized and does not have an employer - at least in the (usually cheaper) public scheme.
