Your tasks:
聲    Customer service via telephone and e-mail
聲    Consulting and sales tasks
聲    Management of entire booking process
聲    Correspondance with various cruise operators
聲    Implementation of quality standards

Your profile:
聲    Fluency in French (native level) and good understanding in English
聲    Working experience as a travel agent, alternatively you have experience within the cruise business; e.g. working on a ship
聲    You have good IT skills
聲    You have an outgoing personality, tourism is your passion
聲    Working on weekends is no problem for you (max.2 times per month)
