The visit to the Vatican!

Hi everyone!

Since I'm in Italy, I'd like to visit the Vatican for the first time. I've always been fascinated by it, especially its history and architecture, so I'm really looking forward to going!

For my Vatican visit. I'd love to get your tips or recommendations. When's the best time to go? Should I book tickets in advance, and are there any guided tours that are really worth it?

Thanks in advance for your feedback!

I pass the Vatican daily and noticed that earlier in the week seems to have to smaller lines; however with the Jubilee each day is unpredictable .in terms of tours, that鈥檚 a personal choice. Bring your passport and be prepared to turn it over during your visit. A colleague recently went to the Vatican and said that when they take your passport, you are given a card that you are required to carry constantly.

Hey, that鈥檚 so exciting鈥攜our first Vatican visit! You鈥檙e in for such a treat. I went recently and was completely blown away. Try to go early and definitely book ahead鈥攖he lines can be intense. I did a guided tour and loved it, especially hearing all the backstories behind the art and architecture.

Also, I actually posted my full Italy trip itinerary on Pinerary鈥擱ome, Venice, and Cinque Terre鈥攕o if anyone鈥檚 curious or needs ideas, feel free to check it out or ask me anything. Always happy to help fellow travelers!

I do have a private tour experience, it鈥檚 more costly than a regular visit/trip but certainly worth it if you really want to achieve the most in-depth experience!
