Permesso Di Soggiorno after Passport Renewal

I would like to have some information about what should I do to with my PDS after my passport renewal.
Since my PDS it's in paper, 5 years validity, there written my old passport number.
Will I have some trouble later for travel and immigration? For exiting and re-entering Italy?
Since I have different passport number from what is stated in the PDS.
Should I get my PDS update and renew also?
I need some information about this please, thank you.

yes, you have to go to questura.
actually, i do not know exactly the procedure, but it will not take much.

Hello,
I saw your question and I was wondering if you found information on that. I am trying to find an answer to the same question. For me, I would renew my passport in聽 my country and I was wondering if I would have a problem entering Italy again with the new passport, cancelled passport and the valid permesso di sioggiorno.
