No, you cannot.聽 An Italian residence permit is not an all access pass to the workforce anywhere in EU.

Definitely not.

If you do, you will be deported back to your home country.

Will people stop stay that you are able to work because you can't work legally and any right form will tell you this.

If you do work illegally and caught. you will be deported back to your home country and will lose all chances of working even with a correct visa. Across the EU all member states are becoming tough on this.

You would need a tourist visa to get into Holland as you have a Philippines passport.

To work in Holland you will have to have a TWV work permit in your name along with a Dutch residence permit.

Your CdS will not allow you to work in Holland.

A Google search will give you the information.

Yes, you can and stay up to 90 days (if your PdS is valid for that period of time).

You wish to work in the Netherlands. You need a residence permit for this. Sometimes you also need a work permit (TWV). Whether you can get a residence permit and a work permit depends on your situation. It also depends on the type of work you want to do

It is only a temporary residency visa for Romania. So you would not be able to live or work in any EU country.

You must have been a legal resident for 5 years
Income to support yourself financially
No criminal record
Pass an Italian language course equivalent to A2 level standard as required by the Council of Europe

I have spend 3 years and some months now in Italy, what I would like to know, the 5 year's stay in Italy U are talking of, is from the day I entered Italy, or from the day I received my permesso di soggiorno.

You need to have been in Italy legally for 5 years. Read the website I gave you.
You have not met that criteria.

You obviously have not taken the time to read my previous posts here on the subject, one of which has the website for applications.
You will not qualify unless you have lived continuously in Italy for 5 years, are legally employed and have sufficient funds to fully support yourself.

If you are in Sweden then you have no chance at all.
