Hello Everyone, I want to buy property in Latvia, but cannot get a mortgage loan from a Latvian bank. In fact, I cannot even open a bank account here. Does anyone know whether I can get a loan outside of Latvia and the lender can record his lien here? If so, do you know someplace that will make such a loan in Latvia? Thanks for your help. Lew
