Student visa in France and wants to work in Luxembourg

Greetings members,

I have just graduated in France in Masters degree and got an offer to work in Luxembourg. I would like to know if I have to apply for a working permit in Luxembourg although I'll still be living in France.
If yes, how long is the process to get the working permit?
