Agriculture (farming or vegetable and fruit growing) in Malta

Hello everyone,

I am new here, as I am new with the idea to move to Malta with my family. After several rejected visas for AU and NZ, I found that Malta is the country we would like to live.
I tried to find information about Agriculture in Malta because my husband is Agriculture technician and has some farming and orchard experience, but it seems like there is no Agriculture at all.
However I am sure there must be some farm, or some fruit or vegetable growing , so I wanted to as for any information about that.
Does any of you know about some farm, orchard, winery, vegetable growing ?? If yes, send me please here or PM to check out for available jobs.

Thank you

Actually never, but I have some friends there and they said there is no Agriculture in Malta.
But, I thought that it could may be some farm or winery at least?
There are many farms and a few vineyards. Doesn鈥檛 strike me as a industry open to foreigners - and for sure it鈥檚 not large scale or done scientifically.
Would you mind telling names or location and types of farms so I would try to find a contact ?
Maybe try ?
Yea, that's how forums mostly are like now :)

Thx, as I said in my post I struggled with finding real information online, so that is why I asked here for some particular suggestions.

If anyone is willing to give some tips, would be grateful.
I live quite rurally - I don鈥檛 imagine 90% of the farmers here have internet or even smart phones. My neighbour for example zero chance.

You will have to come here.
On Gozo there is agriculture but they are family run and owned there鈥檚 probably聽 zero chance of finding work the only people employed would be on basic pay and temporary.聽 You really do
need to visit, I don鈥檛 know if you realize how small both islands are.
If agriculture is your profession. I suggest you look somewhere else.
