If I want to buy a new car in Montenegro, is it better to have it registered in my personal name or in the company name? What are the pros and cons?
For example I am am aware that the car registration in personal name would be tied to the temp residence permit - meaning renewal every year. Would it be the same story if the car is registered on the company?
