Non-EU Citizens wants to become Netherland citizen

Hi,

I am Stanley(31 years old) and I live and work in India. I am very fascinated with the Dutch philosophy and dutch people and want to adopt it and become a Dutch citizen. I am a renewable energy procurement manager, and have been looking for jobs in Netherland but no luck till now with companies who would like to sponsor a non-EU national. Is it so impossible for come and work there? I am already trying to learn Dutch but I really love Netherland and their open culture.

Do let me know how can I proceed ahead.
