Formal complaint for Noise from upstairs apartment in Rotterdam

Hello,

Maybe not quite a relevant topic for this forum, but I would really appreciate if someone can help. Does anyone know who is best to invlove for legal action or formal complaints against a landlord of a neighbour apartment in order to resolve on-going noise issue coming from their tenants due to BAD insulation and sound proofing? I am hoping this would urge the landlord to insulate their flooring.

There are no noise level laws in the Netherlands, they do it via an Organisation called DUWO; try their website; this will take you straight to it.聽 How to contact them is on the contact page of that site.


It will take a long time to resolve if your neighbour does not cooperate.
