Finding a doctor in Tomar

I have to get a medical examination as I am exchanging my UK driving licence for a Portuguese one.

I cannot find a doctor in Tomar to contact.聽 Community health centres do not do such examinations.

Does anyone know of a doctor [private or otherwise] whom I could contact and the phone number please if you have it.
