Car Hire at Faro Airport

Hi

1. Just looking to visit Portugal in September and am looking for Car Hire rental players at Faro airport. Would you use a broker or deal direct - any recommendations would be appreciated.
Priceline.com as a broker and Budget as a supplier seem reasonable.

2. What are the Covid - 19聽 document requirements now for entering Portugal if double jabbed. Do we need a PCR test as well as a NHS Health Pass and PLC.

3. Also looking for a rental with someone who either owns a property in the Algarve or can sublet whereby we have a tenancy agreement for a room but do not make use it other than for Portuguese address NHR application at some point for 50 euros a month.

Any help appreciated.

For Faro/Lisbon/Oporto airport Car hire i use "arguscarhire" which does the search of car hire places and seems to give 10%ish cheaper than "priceline"聽 BUT first go through a cashback site like "topcashback" which (today's rate) reclaims an additional 5.25% from "arguscarhire".

As for renting an accommodation address try going in person into several Estate Agents who deal with rentals and talking it through. When I started looking (not the Algarve) I found an estate agent who helpfully let me use their address for official paperwork till I bought somewhere.
