I came across to Portugal and obtained NHR from Jan 2019.
I rent a large apartment (Jan-June) each year and finding one long term isn't easy or cheap!.
If you are looking to rent, I may be able to subrent a room (I have a twin bed double and an ensuite double).
In Albufeira though.聽 Easy enough to drive or take train to East for a look around.
If any interest please let me know as I have just, today, advertised these rooms locally.
